The Institute is based in the Theological School Building at 80 Molen Street, Potchefstroom. Students have dedicated study space on campus, and the teaching site carries classrooms for the two language offerings, offices, and space for consultation and confidential support.
The library provides access to prescribed and recommended books, reference works, biblical-language resources, theology and ministry collections, research methods material and appropriate journals or databases. An annual library plan maps those resources to the modules and reviews availability, licences, language, currency and demand. Access to prescribed reading is checked before each module is offered.
Students receive library and information-literacy orientation in the week before formal classes, and again within Academic Literacy Development. Enrolled students reach their course materials, module guides, schedules and feedback through MyJEI, the Institute's learning platform.
Examinations
A venue, a controlled printing area, a safe and a custody register support printed, invigilated examinations written on site.
Information technology
Individual accounts, role-based permissions, updates, backups, tested restores, incident response and controls under POPIA.
Health, safety and access
Evacuation routes, exits, fire equipment, first aid, accessibility, and inspection and incident records.
